Turnips and Parsnips — OLE!

Ingredients:
Turnips and carrot slaw
100g raw turnip grated
100g. carrots rated
4 tb viniagrette
2tb snipped dill
soft leaved lettuce
sea salt
pepper
Directions:
In a bowl combine the grated trunips and carrots and dress with the vinaigrette. toss well and add the dill and season. arrange on salad plates line with the lettuce.
