    Thank you for all that information in one place. I have always heard people talk about detoxing, even in yoga class but I never understood why it was so important. I can’t believe toxic metals will take the place of vital nutrients if given the chance! It makes total sense to me now why you need the best nutrition possible to avoid getting really sick,
    I have heard of certain Hollywood stars who have been avoiding white flour and sugar for years now I understand what they know but I didn’t. Thanks again I love your articles!

    Manganese! Watch out for that silent sucker – it may be lurking in drinking water and in wells. You should definitely have your drinking water tested.
