Deviled Eggs for Kids
Serves 6
6 large eggs
3 tablespoons of healthy mayonnaise
ΒΌ cup of cauliflower or carrot puree
pinch of sea salt
sprinkle of paprika
Directions
Boil eggs for about 15 minutes. Drain eggs and place under very cold running water. Peel eggs.
Cut eggs lengthwise and remove egg yolk. Put yolks in a separate bowl.
Add the mayonnaise, vegetable puree, salt and then mash all the ingredients together.
Fill each egg half with the yolk mixture. Sprinkle on paprika.
